I'm no stranger to the mentoring game. I've been involved with mentoring for over 10 years and believe it is a critical element in a character's development. The experience and insights a mentor can convey to a mentee who is eager to excel or to overcome an obstacle can unlock unlimited possibilities in their career.

With over 30 years in the insurance industry and as the Managing Director of an underwriting agency, I am passionate about sharing my wealth of knowledge to those who seek it and want to get one step closer to their goals.

Having access to a mentor can help you skip all the lengthy mistakes that can ultimately discourage your decision to further yourself.

Mentor and Me is your tool to jump start your decision making.

This is an unbias resource to guide you into a direction or choice that will take you one step closer to your goal.

3. Arrange weekly meetings accordingly

Through previous mentoring, weekly catch ups frequent around 3-4 weeks.

Remember, furthering your development is ultimately up to you. A mentor is not a cheerleader. As a mentee, it is important to take responsibility for your own learning and development while leveraging the experience of an accomplished professional.
