I'm no stranger to the mentoring game. I've been involved with mentoring for over 10 years and believe it is a critical element in a character's development. With over 30 years in the insurance industry and as the Managing Director of an underwriting agency, I am passionate about sharing my wealth of knowledge to those who seek it and want to get one step closer to their goals.
